Monteforte

In Monteforte, at the heart of the Soave Classico region, we cultivate 35 hectares of vineyards on hills such as Froscà and Contrada Salvarenza. We safeguard old Garganega vines, some over a century old, which yield grapes of extraordinary quality. Thanks to volcanic and limestone soils and unique microclimates, we craft long-lived white wines distinguished by their vibrant acidity and pronounced minerality.

The Scajari Estate lies in the hills of eastern Valpolicella, between Campiano and Monte Mirabello, at an altitude of 400 to 600 meters. Surrounded by a breathtaking natural landscape with views of Illasi Castle and Mount Baldo, the estate benefits from clay-rich soils with volcanic outcrops and an ideal microclimate. These conditions allow for the slow maturation of grapes, resulting in wines of exceptional quality and character.
